Gemma is a Mexican illustrator and storyteller. She has illustrated children’s books for over 10 years, and she loves telling stories through images, creating sweet and fun characters, and building worlds with a touch of magic, whimsy, and humor. She finds inspiration in everyday life with all its nuances and the quirkiness of living in this world. She has also worked on commercial illustration and lettering design, among other things. Aside from drawing and writing, she likes playing with her dog Woody, learning about whatever subject she’s currently obsessed with, or spending time with her partner and friends eating delicious food together.
